Vacuum skin packaging films
Vacuum skin packaging film is a layer of transparent plastic that firmly locks the product on the skin pack tray or cardboard. Skin films offer certain barrier properties to help prolong foods’ shelf life. The skin packaging films are fully compatible with our vacuum skin packaging machines, skin trays, and skin cardboards.

Low barrier & high barrier options
Low barrier skin film is made of PE material, suitable for vacuum skin packaging of food products at freezing storage environment (under -10°C);
High barrier skin film is made of PE + EVOH, EVOH as barrier layer, suitable for vacuum skin packaging of food products at cooling temperature (around 0°C)
Customize width and thickness
The width of skin pack film is customizable according to the requirement of skin pack machines. For example, our tabletop vacuum skin packaging machine LSP350 requires skin film width 360 mm for the best skin pack quality.
Thickness of skin film can be provided according to customer request. Available thicknesses are 75μm, 100μm, 120μm, 150μm, 180μm, 200μm.
Transparent, flexible
Skin packaging film is ultra transparent so consumers can check the products throughly to have more confidence with the food they are buying. Flexible skin pack film attaches to the product like a second skin, protect the product and makes the product more attractive.
